A Career in Missions
Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20

Following are the stages that we will be going through in our missionary journey.

Equipping 1 - Pre-Field Equipping
This stage begins stateside where our time is spent ministering and being mentored by our local church. During this time we will attend 2 years of Bible training (Online Ethnos360 Bible Institute) and then after graduating in May 2024 we will spend 2 years of missionary training (Ethnos360 Training) starting in August 2024. Missionaries have a faith based income so once training is complete and financial support is raised we will head to the field of God's choosing.
Equipping 2 - Host Country Language and Culture Acquisition
This stage begins overseas in the country where the Lord has lead us after graduating Missionary Training. We will begin learning the culture and trade language. During this time we will be mentored by believers in this host country. Once we are proficient in the language and understand the complexities of the culture we will survey the area for unreached people groups in need of the Gospel.
Equipping 3 - People Group Culture and Language/Church Planting
In this stage we will begin to live with the unreached people group. Each people group has their own heart language and culture in which we will begin to learn by developing and cultivating relationships with future brothers and sisters in Christ. Many steps will take place during this stage which include literacy, Bible translation, lesson preparation, teaching the gospel, discipleship. We will have the help of language consultants to helps us through each of these stages. When there are mature believers and the Lord has built His church we hope to see them send out their own missionaries to new villages.
